Race Reimbursement Policy
Frontiers Racing provides race reimbursements and/or direct support to members to offset the costs of racing (travel, lodging, kit, registration fees, equipment, etc.). In 2026, we provided more than $8,000 in reimbursements and direct support.
-
To be eligible for race reimbursements, members must be an active member in good standing of Frontiers Racing and make a good faith effort to meet all Team Expectations
-
The board will award race reimbursements at the end of the season as funds allow. To receive reimbursement, members must submit a reimbursement request when prompted at the end of the season; the board will review all requests per eligibility requirements and Team Expectations, and will award reimbursements at its discretion according to funds available. Members who have participated in target team events will receive priority reimbursement status.
-
In 2027, we hope to directly fund team housing and/or race registration in part or in full for riders participating in select target events. This is not a guarantee but is a major goal—available housing/registration support will be announced via Slack in advance of these events.
